Formed in the sleepy regional town of Ararat, Australia in 2012, Requiem took no time to start playing heavily throughout the country, captivating audiences everywhere with their energetic and mesmerising live show.

Taking influences from Black, Thrash and Death metal, the band combined their individual inspirations to create the unique combination that can only be described as the Requiem sound.

With their debut album finally out, Requiem have showed no signs of slowing down, supporting U.S Thrash Metal band Lich King, and playing prestigious Melbourne events Legions of Steel and Hell on the Bay, amongst plenty of other Australian shows.

The band are poised to make their overseas debut in 2019, with a run of Australian shows to follow.
