Gareth Skinner (bzark, the ergot derivative) will be launching his new album, Off // Axis, on sun feb 4 ‘24 at the Eastern in Ballarat.

Skinner has fleshed out his cello pop-tones of the void into a traditional band format, also known as Off // Axis.

His brutalist pop will be richly transformed by friends from acts including Plaster of Paris, Sand Pebbles, Disaster Plan & Double Vanity.

Gareth Skinner’s Off // Axis embody post-punk atmospherics with historically left of centre “musical traditions.”

For the Sun 4 concert, Skinner will play a solo set, followed by Ballarat’s Cosmonaut , then a set by Gareth Skinner’s Off // Axis.
